The exhibition Impression d’Afrique opened July 11, 2014 in the presence of Jean-Michel Cosson, vice-president in charge of Culture, in Grand Rodez; Benoit Decron, chief curator of the Heritage and head museum director in Grand Rodez; Aurélien Pierre director of Fenaille museum and HS_Projets.
The exhibition and it catalog propose to discover african Fenaille museum collections from Société des lettres, sciences et arts de l’Aveyron.  
These collections are folowed by Aller et Retour, a Sammy Baloji master piece loaned by the Musée du Quai Branly, and somes artefact from the musée Africain de Lyon and private collections.
Guided tours of the exhibition this summer in August: Wednesday, August 20 at 15h, Thursday, August 21 at 15h, Friday, August 22 at 15h, Wednesday, August 27 at 15h, Thursday, August 28 at 15h, Friday, August 29 at 15h.
